His court date is next Tuesday and I plan to go support him but I'm not really sure what to expect.

He was driving my car when he was arrested and I can't even afford to get it out of the police impound even if I wanted to sell it.

I can't even get close to affording the bail amount on this one and he called me collect from jail and asked me to sell my car for the bail money.

He's already spent around 180 days in jail for his third DUI and I'm pretty sure he spent some time in jail for his second one but I was just a little kid.
