So I was there just a black child waiting for him to shoot me because I could definitely see a gun and my reasoning was lacking just a bit, but tensions were high.

Throughout the whole confrontation he makes rude remarks about me calling me a twit and saying that most children are capable of understanding something which I can't and basically anything along the lines of name-calling.

He then responds ,rudely might I add, and says something which I forget and at that point I really don't like him which means I'm probably going to make bad decisions in this confrontation.
