Here are what I consider the major platforms out there today. A simple downnload and 2 minutes later you can be up and running. Like with WordPress, you can build any type of website, large or small. In terms of its uses, it tends to be favoured more by people who want full control of how their website functions.

Her mom also lets her choose where they eat out, so it isn't like she's forced to eat at a certain restaurant in particular.

She seems to be pretty content with her life besides the fact that she's vegan so the only thing she can eat when she has to eat out is a veggie sub from subway.

When they used to get food stamps, her mom bought her a phone so now she has that to be on, and they occasionally pay for her service.

Her mom also doesn't let her cook very often because she doesn't like cleaning dishes, so she has to eat canned goods a lot of the time when they aren't eating out.

They have to pay more back than what they receive at the beginning of that month, so if they quit getting them they probably wouldn't even be able to pay for bills.

They live around the poverty line, and they used to get food stamps but her mom didn't want to fill out the paper so now they don't even get those.

My friend told me that her mother also makes her eat out for the first half of the month because she (the mother) is too lazy to walk with her so they can save money and buy groceries.
