The IndIGO Consortium seems to be more about a shared vision than any formal institutional grouping. Is this how you would yourself describe it? Yes, the shared vision is the distinguishing feature of this consortium and our working to set up LIGO India. Putting together such a collaborative effort has been the most satisfying aspect for me.
