My aunt is passing through my home town for a day, should I offer to see her or since she is busy should I wait for another time?

If she is busy though should I just not bother offering and wait until Thanksgiving when she comes for 5 days (she will have her two kids with her then also). This time she is just here a day en route to a funeral.
